How do I schedule a repair service?

How much does a service call cost?
We charge a flat-rate diagnostic fee. This fee covers the cost of a technician coming to your home to diagnose the issue. If you choose to proceed with the repair, this fee is waived and is applied to the total cost of the repair.
How is the total repair cost determined?
The final cost includes the diagnostic fee (if not waived), the cost of any parts needed, and a flat-rate labor fee.
Do you provide an estimate before beginning work?
We provide a detailed estimate before any work begins, so you know the full cost upfront.

Are your technicians certified and insured?
Yes, all our technicians are fully certified and undergo continuous training. We are also insured for your protection and peace of mind.
Do you offer a warranty on your repairs?
Yes, we stand behind our work. We offer a 30-day warranty on both parts and labor. If the same issue reoccurs within that period, we will return to fix it at no charge.
What if you can't fix my appliance?
In the rare case that we cannot repair your appliance, you are only responsible for the diagnostic fee. We will be upfront about the issue and provide an honest recommendation on whether a repair is cost-effective or if a replacement is a better option.
